Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics (HiRel) produces a line of DLA-approved analog products based on a number of OEM-sourced and HiRel-designed die. In addition, HiRel has recreated several analog and logic products, including popular opamps, comparators and voltage requlators/supervisors.
The majority of HiRel’s Analog functions are DLA approved and come in a variety of package types, including ceramic DIP, LCC, Flatpack and metal can. Qualification options are available up to MIL-PRF-38535.
QP741 and QP747 Operational Amplifiers Available
These products are fully re-engineered and manufactured on a mainstream Bipolar process and serve as drop-in replacements for the National/ Fairchild LM741 used in key Mil/Aero applications.
The QP741 is a monolithic single purpose operational amplifier and the QP747 is sourced from the same design to provide the dual functional capability. Both products have been qualified and are listed on the DSCC 38510/101 drawing.
The QP741 and QP747 are available in production quantities and hermetic package styles.
