As a global provider of advanced embedded semiconductors for Aerospace and Defense markets and applications, Teledyne e2v HiRel Electronics (HiRel) has developed a broad memory offering to address the high-reliability market.

Supporting extended environment operational requirements for many types of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) memories. Memory offerings also include additional quality testing as required by the customer and other options such as burn-in, temperature cycling, and various extended temperature ranges.

HiRel also offers full design, fabrication, and test capabilities for simple to complex custom Multichip Packages (MCP) for demanding Defense applications and holds an extensive inventory of obsoleted memories devices. We can provide multiple solutions from our memory partners such as Micron, ISSI and Everspin.

CBRAM

EEPROM for Space

The TDRM24C512C-L 512 k-bit CBRAM part is continuing to secure design-ins and new sockets.

EEPROM-compatible non-volatile serial memory
50 krad(Si) TID radiation tolerance
Single low voltage supply 1.65V to 3.3V
2-wire I2C compatible interface with a maximum clock frequency of 1 MHz.
Replacement for space EEPROMs with 30x lower ergy, lower write voltages, 60x faster write speeds.

Using our semiconductor partnerships, we can support life cycle management, re-balling service, re-packaging, extended temperature product options and many new technologies.

Using our test capabilities, we can provide memories with extended performance thresholds including military, commercial-industrial, and extended-industrial temperature ranges. If requested, we can also perform additional burn-in and temperature cycling.
