Power Modules

Teledyne GaN-based power modules provide compact ready to use sub-systems for easy integration of GaN power HEMTs and drivers into power supplies and motor control applications. Their excellent physical properties allow them to operate at high switching frequencies, resulting in efficient energy conversions, compact form factors, and SWaP savings for the overall system.
