Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors has multiple sites that are QML B and V Certified to MIL-PRF-38535, MIL-PRF-38534, Class H and K, MIL-PRF19500, and JAN S. Our testing and screening services comply with industry standards, including MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and JEDEC standards, and the sites are ITAR registered.
Each site's Quality Management System complies with AS9100/ISO9001: 2015.
