Supporting extended environment operational requirements for many types of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) memories. Memory offerings also include additional quality testing as required by the customer and other options such as burn-in, temperature cycling, and various extended temperature ranges.
HiRel also offers full design, fabrication, and test capabilities for simple to complex custom Multichip Packages (MCP) for demanding Defense applications and holds an extensive inventory of obsoleted memories devices.
