Introducing the new RF MMIC Frequency Doubler from Teledyne e2v HiRel, the latest addition to HiRel’s growing portfolio of RF solutions for signal chain applications for demanding Space environments. This 25 GHz active doubler,
TDFM001000, is designed specifically for applications involving satellite transponders, transmit / receive modules, microwave-based communications, millimeter-wave point-to-point radio, and related processes.
TDFM001000 is an excellent LO Doubler for driving fundamental mixer devices. It is a 7.5-25.0 / 15.0-50.0 GHz single ended input (no external balun required) GaAs MMIC Doubler, and leverages GaAs PHEMT device model technology and is based on electron beam lithography to deliver high repeatability and uniformity.
