Teledyne Labtech’s latest investment has been the EMMA ELX6146 flying probe tester. This state-of-the-art piece of test equipment boasts a working area of 610 mm x 500 mm and a probe accuracy of 10 µM. The test bed can check for continuity at 0-10V and isolation at 250V
