Teledyne Relays introduces a broad range of 50+ GHz coax switches with functionality to cover many specialized applications from 5G ATE to military radar testing. In addition to excellent RF performance, the family offers the widest operational temperature range (-55 to +85 °C), lowest weight and amongst the longest life (up to 5 million actuator cycles) of any 50 GHz switches available today. Options available include Transient Suppression and Polarity Protection Diodes, TTL Driver with or without Decoder, Moisture Seal, D-Sub Connector, and Indicator contacts. Positive (+) common and Self-Cutoff features are only available for latching models.
